Who is this Nichola person?
I am a formally trained artist and professional graphic designer but that really doesn't matter and isn't very interesting. Far more importantly, I am a mum, a wife, a witch, and avid mess maker.
I'm fascinated and inspired by folk magic and lore, witchery, fairy tales, history, music, books, circus side shows, herbs, phrenology and fortune telling, pointy hats, buttons, strangers on the bus and just about anything weird and wonderful that crosses my path.
So, what's this all about then?
I'm not really sure to tell you the truth. As near as I can tell it's about finding magic in a thimble and being awed by fireflies. It's especially nice when I can convince other people to see the enchantment of those simple things too... even if it's just for a split second.
Do you really believe in faeries?
